Jessica Mekal founded Mekal Management in 2022 with a clear vision: to deliver hands-on, reliable property management that truly supports property owners and protects their investments.

With experience in property management dating back to 2018, along with a background in real estate, Jessica has helped clients scale and strengthen their portfolios across Western Massachusetts, overseeing hundreds of units with a strong focus on maximizing performance, efficiency, and long-term value.

Her approach combines strong market knowledge, operational structure, and personalized service, ensuring every property is managed with consistency, accountability, and attention to detail.

Raquel Medina, one of our lead property managers, brings extensive experience in both property management and real estate sales.

Together, Jessica and Raquel lead a high-performing operation closing millions in real estate transactions annually while actively managing over 400+ units across the region. This dual expertise allows for a seamless transition between buying, selling, and managing, giving clients a more streamlined and efficient experience under one team.

Our team operates bilingually in English and Spanish, allowing us to effectively serve both property owners and tenants with clear, consistent communication.
