INSPECTIONS
Inspections are conducted to document the condition of the unit and verify necessary repairs. These evaluations, conducted at the beginning and end of a tenant's lease, must be well documented to resolve any disputes by the time the tenant vacates.
We conduct a thorough inspection on the move-in day. This includes a detailed report of the condition of the property during move-in. It is supported with pictures and is signed and verified by both the tenant and property manager.
Once the lease expires, and the tenant does not wish to renew, the property manager will conduct another in-person inspection the day the tenant moves out. By doing this, we can compare the condition of the property from the time the tenant moved in, to when the tenant move out.
This allows us to resolve any disputes when deducting from the tenant’s security deposit if need be.
